Sirna to Lead Team Focused on Maintaining Quality Standards for Company’s Innovative Virtual Job Tryout Solution

CLEVELAND (April 1, 2015) – SHAKER, the market leader in custom simulations for pre-employment testing, today announced that Rosemary Sirna has been promoted to manager of Client Services, where she will be responsible for quality assurance for all Virtual Job Tryout systems.

“Rosemary has created solid methods and documentation to support SHAKER’s high standards for accuracy and service excellence. She possesses an exceptional talent for resolving issues and defining sustainable practices, and her creative approach complements our culture of innovation,” stated Joseph Murphy, SHAKER executive vice president.

An experienced professional with a background in business analysis, Sirna has been promoted from tech support manager to now lead a team dedicated to optimizing the candidate experience and ensuring the appropriate levels of technical support and resources. Sirna’s promotion comes amid an intense rate of growth for SHAKER’s Virtual Job Tryouts, which are expected to screen five million candidates in 2015. This growth requires additional oversight of client-related workflow, and Sirna’s team will manage the editorial review of the content specifications and Validation Analysis Technical Reports that inform the design, development and deployment of the Virtual Job Tryouts.

“Our Virtual Job Tryouts continue to enhance clients’ talent acquisition processes, and we’ve proven time and again that we can improve quality of hire for companies,” Sirna said. “I am thrilled to be able to further support our mission: to help clients change the way they make hiring decisions. I look forward to ensuring that our clients receive the level of support and resources they need to take full advantage of their Virtual Job Tryouts.”

Before joining SHAKER seven years ago, Sirna served in several strategic planning and business analysis positions at leading companies in the U.S., including KeyBank, SupplyOne, Sedlak and BSI Holdings. She attended Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga Community College.
