As a result, SilkRoad customers can choose from a broad range of options that support their talent acquisition strategies.

SmartRecruiters’ Talent Acquisition Platform transforms recruiting into an insight-driven process that empowers the hiring team to target, nurture and collaborate to hire better talent, faster and more cost effectively. SmartRecruiters is designed for organizations that want to tap all social channels and leverage the speed and flexibility of mobile technologies to create engaging experiences for candidates, hiring managers and HR teams.

Partnering with SmartRecruiters allows SilkRoad to offer this unique recruiting solution as an additional option for its customers, in addition to its own applicant tracking system (ATS).
