Together, Cornerstone and Stefanini will be able to help organizations drive better business outcomes by aligning talent strategies with overall business objectives and execution.
As a leading global SaaS company, Cornerstone’s unified talent management platform enables companies to make smarter business decisions and help them realize the potential of their workforce. The joint solution will also offer to the market a unique solution to outsource the processes of selection, acquisition and operation.
Stefanini will also support Cornerstone by delivering world-class services, including implementation, strategic value-added human resource process definition and BPO. Initially, the alliance will focus on the Brazilian market, but will later be extended across Latin America and then globally.
