New Location to Help Meet Growing Regional Demand for Learning and Talent Management
Gainesville, Fla. – March, 18, 2015 – SumTotal Systems, LLC, a Skillsoft company and a leading provider of next-generation HR solutions, today announced the opening of its newest office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to deliver its Talent Expansion® applications to a growing number of customers, prospects and partners in the Middle East region.
HR leaders in the Middle East, which houses one of the largest potential workforces in the world, face the critical challenge of cultivating and sustaining skilled workforces. The mismatch between education and required skills for available jobs is significant. In PwC’s Middle East CEO Survey, 70 percent of survey respondents identified the availability of key skills as a potential business threat to their organization, with 72 percent of CEOs identifying the creation of a skilled workforce as a top priority over the next three years.
