Proven Business Executives to Lead New Office, Enhance Delivery of Business Solutions

ATLANTA (July 21, 2015) Tatum, a Randstad company and leading professional and interim services firm offering hands-on strategic, financial and technology solutions that measurably improve business performance, today announced that it has expanded its Mid-Atlantic Region operations to include a new office in Baltimore. The company’s new location enhances Tatum’s ability to deliver its extensive array of business solutions to a growing number of clients in the area.

The Baltimore office will be led by Fitzgerald Hoskins, an innovative information technology and business executive who has established an impressive track record throughout his more than 25-year career leading business transformation and growth. In addition to Hoskins’ leadership, the new Baltimore location also will benefit from the experience and connections of Tatum’s senior financial executives Gary Bockrath, Sam Ulan and Tristan Kuo, as well as senior IT executive Beth Perlman, all of whom bring more than 25 years of experience in helping organizations define and achieve their strategic goals.

The former managing director of Healthcare IT at De Varennes Group, Hoskins has successfully managed organizations in the public and private sectors throughout all cycles of the U.S. economy. Prior to joining De Varennes in 2013, Hoskins served as Infrastructure Delivery director at Ascension Health and as Telecom Infrastructure leader at Hanger Orthopedic Group, a publicly traded healthcare products company. Hoskins was previously director of Communication Services for the City of Baltimore and served as chief information officer and vice president of Management Services at DC Health and Hospitals Public Benefit Corporation. Hoskins began his career as a project engineer at BP America.

Holding project management professional (PMP) and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) certifications, Hoskins graduated from Phillips Academy (Andover), earned his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Brown University and his master of business administration in finance degree from Case Western University’s Weatherhead School of Management. Hoskins has held a number of volunteer leadership roles with Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Mount Vernon Belvedere Association.

“Baltimore has recently earned media accolades including ranking No. 2 in tech jobs and No. 3 in college grads in the state, which result from its downtown population of over 620,000 and a commuting population of over 270,000 people coming to work in the city every day,” said Tony Cord, Mid-Atlantic managing partner for Tatum. “With the opening of our new office in Baltimore – and through the guidance of experienced professionals like Fitz, Beth, Gary, Sam and Tristan – we can ensure that our clients have even greater access to the strong leaders and reliable project managers necessary to help their organizations thrive through business transformations.”

Hoskins added, “Baltimore’s strength in healthcare, finance and technology sectors matches well with Tatum’s expertise and provides significant growth opportunities for Tatum as it expands into the Baltimore market.”

Tatum’s new Baltimore office is located at 120 E. Baltimore Street, Suite 2220. Hoskins can be reached via phone at (443) 304-8106 and via e-mail at fitz.hoskins@tatum-us.com.
