The company is realizing operational improvements with UltiPro as its unified HCM solution, leveraging Ultimate’s partnership with Celergo to manage global payroll, and capitalizing on metrics for more informed decision-making and global reporting capabilities.
Founded in 1950, Taubman is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and is engaged in the ownership, management, and leasing of 22 shopping centers in the U.S. and Asia. An Ultimate customer since 1998, the company launched Taubman Asia in 2005 with a Hong Kong headquarters in order to expand its operations into China and South Korea. Taubman addressed the challenge of managing a multinational workforce by uniting all of its employee data into a single system of record with UltiPro.

HR leaders can capture locally relevant employee data needed to meet compliance within UltiPro and then process payroll on a country-by-country basis through Celergo’s global payroll service.
