Ultimate Software, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the Miami Dolphins, a U.S. professional football team and a member club of the National Football League, has selected UltiPro as its HCM solution to meet industry challenges related to a fluctuating payroll and dispersed workforce.
The complexity of the Miami Dolphins organization includes 350 front-office and training staff, scouts across the country, players who earn income in many states, and thousands of gameday and part-time employees including parking attendants, housekeeping staff, and ushers. The Dolphins organization hosts not only NFL games at its Hard Rock Stadium, but also collegiate sports events, international soccer matches, concerts, and parking lot festivals, as well as smaller corporate events that use the stadium as an international entertainment destination. The Dolphins sought an HCM solution that could provide a world-class user experience, easily accessible real-time reporting, and customer service that could serve the organization’s complex needs, and selected UltiPro in July 2018.
