Miami HEAT to Wear Tech Company’s Logo on NBA Jersey

The Miami HEAT announced today that Ultimate Software, a South-Florida based leader in human capital management (HCM) cloud software, entered into a multi-year partnership with the HEAT that encompasses fan experience, joint community outreach, charitable giving, and the Ultimate Software logo on the Miami HEAT jersey, beginning in the 2017-18 season. Ultimate Software is also the presenting sponsor of the HEAT’s 30th Anniversary Season and a sponsor of several of the HEAT’s community initiatives. The official HR/payroll provider of the Miami HEAT, Ultimate Software helps the HEAT enhance their human capital management programs with Ultimate Software’s cloud solution, UltiPro. The partnership was announced today by HEAT President Pat Riley and Ultimate Software CEO and Founder Scott Scherr during a press conference at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, featuring the unveiling of the new official Miami HEAT jersey.
Ultimate Software is headquartered in Weston, Florida and was founded in 1990, with the exclusive mission of helping companies better care for and manage their employees. Much of the company’s founding philosophy was inspired by Pat Riley’s The Winner Within and the principles of teamwork, trust, and taking care of each other.
