Ultimate earned one of the five highest overall scores in the workforce-size category of 1,000-10,000 technical employees.

• A formal flex-time policy that includes remote work, flexible hours, and accommodating schedules
• A gender-diversity accountability policy to eliminate gender bias in performance reviews
• A pay-equity policy requiring pay equity by gender and the completion of annual audits to monitor policy execution
• A leadership-development program for women at all levels, from entry level to executive. Ultimate’s companywide Women in Leadership group offers Ultimate’s women an outlet to learn, connect, and succeed through a variety of networking, social, and community service events engineered to inspire women everywhere
• A formal, continuing-education sponsorship program that plays an important role in accelerating the advancement of women technologists, offered to women at all levels of the organization

Eighty companies participated in AnitaB.org‘s 2018 program, representing over 628,000 technical employees across multiple industries. More than 150,800 women were included in the sample. Each company that participated in the survey received a score based on seven metrics: representation of women at the entry, mid, senior, and executive levels, and recruitment, retention, and advancement rates.
