Beaumont’s Extensive Leadership in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to Drive Adoption of Vohtr’s Real-time Employee Feedback System
STAUNTON, Va. – August 9, 2016 – Vohtr, providing an engaging way for companies to measure employee opinions, today announced that Tim Beaumont, a seasoned sales executive who has helped grow numerous HR technology companies, has been appointed vice president of Sales and Alliances.
Companies of all sizes, industries and locations face a similar challenge – dealing with universally low employee engagement. Key to increasing engagement is to make sure employees feel their opinions count; yet many organizations lack a solution to do this effectively. Through its real-time employee feedback system, Vohtr delivers an innovative approach for employers to engage their employees, gain crucial insight to improve their workplaces and drive higher productivity and greater customer satisfaction.
“By introducing an easy way to collect employee opinions in real-time, Vohtr has disrupted the often outdated, inaccurate and time-consuming process of employee satisfaction surveys,” said Joe Sullivan, founder and CEO of Vohtr. “As we continue to expand our functionality, we recognized the need for an accomplished sales leader who could bring our solutions to new audiences. By welcoming Tim, we have a prolific sales executive with a proven track record of helping companies in the talent management space to achieve rapid growth and stand out in a competitive market.”
As vice president of Sales and Alliances, Beaumont is responsible for developing Vohtr’s strategic sales strategies to drive growth and adoption of Vohtr’s real-time employee feedback system. He also identifies opportunities for Vohtr to extend its reach and capabilities through strategic alliances and channel partners.
Beaumont brings to Vohtr more than 20 years of experience leading sales and building alliances for some of the world’s most successful HR technology providers. Through his deep industry knowledge, innovative sales strategies and ability to connect with customers, he has been instrumental in leading sales, building alliances and increasing market presence of companies including Jobvite, Kenexa (now part of IBM Smarter Workforce) and Vurv Technology (later acquired by Taleo). Prior to joining Vohtr, Beaumont was vice president of Alliances for RiseSmart. In addition to his professional experience, Beaumont holds a B.A. in accounting from Muskingum College and an M.B.A. in accounting from Emory University – Goizueta Business School.
“At a time of rampant workforce disengagement, the need to give employees a platform to voice their opinions is critical to improving the employee experience and creating a strong company culture,” said Beaumont. “Vohtr has introduced a timely platform to address this challenge, and I am eager to introduce this innovative solution to new audiences looking to transform how they interact with their teams and make smarter decisions about their employees.”
