He also identifies opportunities for Vohtr to extend its reach and capabilities through strategic alliances and channel partners.
Beaumont brings to Vohtr more than 20 years of experience leading sales and building alliances for some of the world’s most successful HR technology providers. Through his deep industry knowledge, innovative sales strategies and ability to connect with customers, he has been instrumental in leading sales, building alliances and increasing market presence of companies including Jobvite, Kenexa (now part of IBM Smarter Workforce) and Vurv Technology (later acquired by Taleo). Prior to joining Vohtr, Beaumont was vice president of Alliances for RiseSmart. In addition to his professional experience, Beaumont holds a B.A. in accounting from Muskingum College and an M.B.A. in accounting from Emory University – Goizueta Business School.
