Beyond Integrated Talent Management

The Talent Management discipline consists of those processes that identify the people needs of an organization. Functions traditionally called Organizational Development, Training, and Personnel Development are now commonly referred to as Identification and Development of Talent. Integrated Talent Management systems are those applications that support these processes on a single platform with a common database. These systems will support processes for Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Development and Learning.
