LIVONIA, MI–(Marketwired – October 12, 2015) – WorkForce Software announced plans to further scale the business by bringing on board three new top executives to transform and accelerate the company’s growth. To meet its goals, Mike Morini joins as the new Chief Executive Officer, Denise Broady as the Chief Marketing Officer, and Peter Jackson as Vice President of Cloud Services. Co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer Kevin Choksi, who led the company for sixteen years, will transition to the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Working in joint partnership with the rest of the WorkForce Software executive team, they will build out the company’s enablement and solutions while scaling the business to address the needs of current and future clients.
“Demand for our best-in-class workforce management solution is growing even more quickly than we anticipated,” said Choksi. “I’m very excited for the opportunity to work more directly with our product development and client services teams, focusing on our long-term strategy of bringing WorkForce Software’s award-winning workforce management solutions to even more customers around the globe.”
Morini is a 30-year software industry veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies. With extensive experience building out global cloud-based platforms, Morini has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. His obsession with meeting customer needs and building a world-class ecosystem makes him a great fit for driving the go-forward strategy at WorkForce Software.
“As the war for talent continues to be more and more competitive, companies are aggressively investing in workforce management solutions to keep their employees engaged,” said Morini. “With our ability to provide real-time insights and tailored solutions across key industries and our new strategic partnership with SAP, we are ideally positioned to continue to maximize our market opportunity and tremendous growth.”
With market expansion comes the need to reach more decision makers and an opportunity to amplify the company’s standing as the leading provider of workforce management solutions. With 19 years of industry experience, Broady takes the helm of marketing and communications. Broady was recently the COO of Industry Cloud at SAP, overseeing marketing, communications, enablement, operations, programs and go-to market.
As more customers are moving to the cloud, Peter Jackson has been added to expand cloud infrastructure investments. Jackson is a 25-year seasoned leader with a long career of helping technology companies design, build, and operate data centers, software, and cloud-based solutions. Most recently he spent five years at Kabam, a Silicon Valley gaming firm, as they scaled up operations to support multiple data centers around the world.
The addition of Morini, Broady and Jackson to the leadership team reflects WorkForce Software’s commitment to keep pace with its customers and market demand for its world-class workforce management solutions.
