Through the development of several customized integrations, this Phase 1 solution was delivered on-time and within-budget despite client-side organizational changes. The integration now allows Prolec GE to capture both time worked and daily production output, automatically exporting this data back to SAP for a fully integrated and efficient workflow.

While synchronization between SAP’s real-time data and UKG Pro WFM’s 15-minute processing intervals initially posed challenges, the HRchitect team and Prolec GE’s technical team collaborated to design an API-based synchronization solution that aligned SAP’s real-time updates with UKG’s 15-minute processing intervals, further optimizing system performance.
