Project Managers

HRchitect is looking for experienced project managers to join our consulting team.  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of consultants in the day-to-day tasks and activities such as requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live, to support the implementation of a variety of HCM software platforms.

This is a Project Management position that requires strong project management and client management skills. However, knowledge of HCM systems such as HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and WFM systems is important. You should be a quick learner and clear communicator who can support the needs of our clients, consultants, and partners. Duties may include:

  • Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful system implementation by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues/risks, and developing contingency plans
  • Tracking progress and providing overarching communication and coordination
  • Work with multiple clients, projects, and consultants at a time
  • Work with the client to understand requirements and business needs
  • Develop and execute plans under delivery time, budget, and implementation constraints
  • Manage solution design along with applicable gap analysis and customization requirements
  • Assisting client with change management
  • Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve client issues
  • Managing project plan
  • Creating support plans and overseeing the transition to support
  • Collaboration with internal team to assist fellow consultants on other projects

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing full system implementation life cycle including Requirements Gathering, Scope Management, Process Design, System Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Go-Live
  • PMP or other Project Management Certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills

Part-Time Finance/Data Administrator (DFW area)

HRchitect is a leading HR technology consulting firm in our 26th year in business.  We work with organizations to improve their HR processes through the use of HR technology systems.

HRchitect is currently looking for a part-time Finance/Data Administrator to join our Frisco-based team.  This individual will be working to support our team to further HRchitect’s position as the leading HR technology consulting firm and to support our continued growth. This is a fully remote position.

*Ideal Candidate located in DFW area

Responsibilities

  • Create and set up budget files for all new projects and maintain budget files weekly for existing projects
  • Must be able to read and interpret contracts in order to set up properly in our systems
  • Responsible for all the time entry tracking and data pulling for the consultants and management on a regular basis
  • Responsible for putting together the invoicing for each project based on hours and milestones with EVP Finance and Operations
  • Weekly reports on hours for the management team and for the consultants
  • Practice Profitability reports monthly for management team
  • Attend Account Management calls and maintain reports weekly for management team
  • Ad hoc requests for data out of our time entry system for internal use and client use
  • Ad hoc requests made internally and externally from clients

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in Accounting or Finance or like skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to understand the big picture
  • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and maintain self-driven projects
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross functionally by taking directions from multiple staff members
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficient organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen

The salary for this position is $25 per hour.  This position is part-time, approximately 30 hours, per week. *Ideal candidate to live within the DFW area)

Full-time Sales Support Administrator

HRchitect is a leading HR technology consulting firm. Over the past 25 years, HRchitect has helped thousands of organizations worldwide evaluate, select, implement and support HR technology systems. We help improve HR processes for companies that have a huge impact on people’s lives around the globe. Our 100% remote company is growing, and our sales team has an opening for Sales Support Administrator.

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will perform tasks that include but are not limited to:
• Be responsible for vetting leads for accurate and complete contact information
• Sales lead data entry into CRM
• Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings with prospects, current clients, partners and other HRchitect team members
• Utilizing Box and other resources to pull Statements of Work to verify contract details, expiration dates, points of contact, etc.
• Generating various reports
• Assisting with Statements of Work
• Assist with general sales administration, including identifying areas of improvement
• Utilizing transcription/AI services to coordinate follow up items from sales calls
• The sales department is a liaison with all departments within our organization as projects and needs arise the person needs to be able to position the sales department to be successful by adding value through synergy and cooperation with other departments and team members
• Comfortably and in a warm way, interact with partners and clients to provide contacts, pricing, marketing collateral and other information pertinent to the sales process
• Collaborate with other sales, marketing, or other team members on ad hoc projects
• RFP (Request for Proposal) response assistance and coordination

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
• Only want to work 100% remotely
• Love interacting with people on calls, web meetings and in person
• Are comfortable using remote collaboration and marketing tools such as Slack, Zoom, Box, Lead Liaison (or other CRM), Excel, LinkedIn
• Have strong written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
• Have strong verbal interaction and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and successful working independently, this person should be detail oriented and are VERY organized. You can bring order to chaos and enjoy building processes to continually improve how we do things over time
• Have strong time management skills. You can handle multiple projects at one time, and if an unexpected project or need arises, you’re able to figure out what you can press pause on for the moment in order to accomplish the highest priority items
• Are a researcher and a problem solver. Whether it’s Google or resource for industry information, you’re comfortable using the resources at hand to help you accomplish tasks
• Are tech-savvy. You can learn new systems with some training and practice
• Bonus skills: familiarity with HR technology or HR Processes (payroll, applicant tracking, time & attendance etc)
• Thrive in a fast past envirnoment

This is a newly created position that reports to the Vice President of Global Sales. This is a full-time salaried position for 40 hours per week. The starting pay range will be $45,000-$55,000 with bonus potential.
