Full-time Partner Marketing Coordinator

HRchitect is a leading HR technology consulting firm. Over the past 26 years, HRchitect has helped thousands of organizations worldwide evaluate, select, implement, and support HR technology systems. Our 100% remote company is growing, and our marketing team has an opening for a Partner Marketing Coordinator.

As the Partner Marketing Coordinator, you will perform tasks that include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with key partners
  • Create and execute partner marketing plans to boost HRchitect’s footprint within these organizations and within their customer base
  • Create partner-related content such as case studies, videos, presentations, brochures, webinars, and social media posts
  • Be responsible for writing and sending regular email campaigns to partner organizations
  • Plan execute in-person and virtual partner events, sharing relevant information internally and producing event-specific deliverables as required; occasional availability to travel to events is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Track leads generated from partner events and assist with initial lead follow up
  • Ensure the integrity of partner-specific CRM data
  • Review and refine HRchitect’s presence on partner marketplace sites and partner pages on the HRchitect website
  • Evaluate the performance of partner marketing programs and recommend improvements
  • Act as a liaison to the sales team via building partnership-related reports, mailing lists, and nurture campaigns in CRM
  • Collaborate with other marketing, sales, and consulting leadership and team members as needed

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Only want to work 100% remotely; bonus if you have prior remote work experience
  • Are comfortable using remote collaboration and marketing tools such as Slack, Zoom, Monday.com, Box, CRM systems, WordPress and Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Have strong written communication skills, including spelling and grammar. Bonus if you have writing samples to share
  • Have a solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content development
  • Are organized. You can bring order to chaos and enjoy building processes to improve how we do things over time
  • Have strong time management skills. You can handle multiple projects at one time. If an unexpected project or need arises, you’re able to figure out what you can press pause on for the moment in order to accomplish the highest priority items to meet deadlines
  • Are a researcher and a problem solver. Whether it’s Google or resource for industry information, you’re comfortable using the resources at hand to help you accomplish tasks
  • Are tech-savvy. You can learn new systems with some training and practice
  • Are comfortable balancing multiple stakeholder’s opinions – even though you own the deliverables
  • Bonus skills: familiarity with HR technology (payroll, applicant tracking, time & attendance, etc) Human Resources, B2B SaaS experience, familiarity with inbound marketing methodology, e-mail marketing, CRM system administration and reporting, or graphic design experience.

This is a newly created position that reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. This is a full-time salaried position. The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000.

Project Managers

HRchitect is looking for experienced project managers to join our consulting team.  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of consultants in the day-to-day tasks and activities such as requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live, to support the implementation of a variety of HCM software platforms.

This is a Project Management position that requires strong project management and client management skills. However, knowledge of HCM systems such as HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and WFM systems is important. You should be a quick learner and clear communicator who can support the needs of our clients, consultants, and partners. Duties may include:

  • Provide day-to-day project management to ensure successful system implementation by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues/risks, and developing contingency plans
  • Tracking progress and providing overarching communication and coordination
  • Work with multiple clients, projects, and consultants at a time
  • Work with the client to understand requirements and business needs
  • Develop and execute plans under delivery time, budget, and implementation constraints
  • Manage solution design along with applicable gap analysis and customization requirements
  • Assisting client with change management
  • Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve client issues
  • Managing project plan
  • Creating support plans and overseeing the transition to support
  • Collaboration with internal team to assist fellow consultants on other projects
  • Contributions to HRchitect’s thought leadership initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing full system implementation life cycle including Requirements Gathering, Scope Management, Process Design, System Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Go-Live
  • PMP or other Project Management Certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
  • Experience with HCM systems (UKG, Ceridian, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday) preferred
  • Familiar with HCM solution modules and concepts such as Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning
