HRchitect’s strategic services consulting team is a growing, entrepreneurial team that specializes in delivering Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services including: HCM technology strategy, system evaluation and selection, and change management consulting services.
Job Title: Consultant – Strategic Services
Location: Remote – Work from Home
Reports to: EVP, Strategic Consulting Services
Travel: 25%
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Salary plus bonus
Job responsibilities: Under general direction of the EVP, Strategic Services, the consultant will be responsible for creation of client project deliverables, coordination of meetings with clients, administration of the Alchemer survey tool, research on HCM vendors and general duties assiting the EVP, Strategic services in preparation for presentations and conferences.
This position will entail contributing to the Strategic Services practice, processes, and projects using established templates including:
- Excel-based business case deliverables
- MS Word project updates and meeting
- MS PowerPoint presentations for discovery workshops
- MS PowerPoint presentations for RFI/RFP Summary Reports
- MS Outlook calendar management for meeting coordination
- Managing survey engagements and creating survey status reports in the Alchemer tool
- Researching vendor capabilities and updating vendor marketplace database

Requirements: Candidates for the Strategic Services Consultant postition should have a general knowledge of HCM processes and previous exposure to HCM systems, along with:
- 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- 5-7 years of experience using HCM related technology
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to work from home
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Ability to travel at a minimum of 5 days per month
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; one in the Human Resources or Information Technology area is preferred
