Erica Niesse has over 16 years of expertise in HR technology, with a solid track record of high-quality results. Erica is both business strategy-focused and technically savvy, enabling her to consistently exceed her client’s expectations.
As part of the co-ownership group at HRchitect, she is the Executive Vice President of Implementation Services and is responsible for managing HRchitect’s consulting practices focused on the implementation, optimization, and concierge-managed support of various HCM and WFM systems. She also oversees our Project Management Office (PMO).
In Erica’s career, she has worked as a hands-on consultant responsible for all aspects of the implementation process. Erica works closely with Global Sales and Marketing teams to ensure white glove service for all of our clients.
Erica enjoys spending time with her family in Roswell, Georgia. She loves spending her free time at Lake Burton with her 2 children, Jackson and Rachel, and her dogs, including puppy Poppy.
