Humam Yahya

Humam is an Implementation Manager at HRchitect, specializing in the deployment of Dayforce modules such as Workforce Management, HR Core, Entitlements, and Talent Management. He has a particular focus on Talent Management implementations and also leads a team of consultants, supporting them with daily tasks, resource allocation, and project execution.

With over eight years of experience implementing Dayforce across both public and private sector organizations, Humam brings a broad perspective and deep understanding of workforce needs in diverse environments. As one of the original members of the Dayforce Talent Team, he played a pivotal role in launching early Talent module implementations. His expertise spans the full Dayforce suite, with particular depth in Talent, HR Core, Entitlements, and Workforce Management. Humam holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and has a solid background in process improvement and change management. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing board games, and watching sports.
