A Complex UKG TeleStaff Go-Live, Delivered Ahead of Schedule for a Florida Public Safety Agency

Today, HRchitect supported a Florida-based public safety agency through a highly coordinated UKG TeleStaff launch, rolling out 24/7 staffing groups first, then additional divisions, and finally the remaining support teams.

Rollout approach:

  • Phase 1: Patrol and School Resource Officers 
  • Phase 2:  Corrections and Judicial Services 
  • Phase 3: Remaining support staff 

Delivery model: Three separate workstreams for solution development and testing, each completed ahead of schedule.
