What do you do when you’re not working? I keep busy looking after my two girls. One is 6 and one is 8.

How did you find out about HRchitect, and what made you join the company?  I learned about HRchitect on LinkedIn. I had a great conversation with a current employee about what it was like to work at HRchitect and saw that was backed up by the positive reviews on Glassdoor.

How has your background impacted your experience as a consultant?  I have been implementing technology for a long time. All of those years of experience implementing different systems, for different clients across different industries compounds to make me a very well-rounded consultant. Prior to joining HRchitect I was with another consulting company that focused on implementing UKG Ready. That organization decided not to implement UKG Ready anymore. I love working with clients to deploy this software. So, joining HRchitect’s growing implementation practices was a perfect fit for me where I could continue implementing UKG Ready.

In your own words, what do you do at HRchitect? I implement UKG Ready for my clients. This encompasses everything from defining requirements, to system configuration and deployment. But mostly I see my role as one focused on client satisfaction. My priority is making sure that my clients get everything they can out of their software purchase, and that they leverage that to the fullest extent to drive their business forward. At the end of the day, if I have happy clients, that means I’m doing my job well.

What’s a typical workday like for you?  I get up early and get my girls to school. Then I get my coffee ready and get to work! My day consists of getting down into the configurations and finding out what I can build and working through the challenges.

As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? Teams and Slack. Both tools allow me to connect with colleagues internally. They are also great for staying connected socially.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day? I enjoy the challenging days. I like when a client has a request that is very challenging, and I have the opportunity to design an optimal solution to that problem for them.

Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? The unlimited PTO.
