What is your favorite thing to do in your free time? I most enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Now that you have been at HRchitect since May 2022 and recently promoted to Solution Oversight Consultant in our Dayforce practice, what does your job entail? Please share the key responsibilities and tasks you manage in your new role. My role at HRchitect is to provide oversight of all aspects of our Dayforce projects, including implementations, post go-live support, and client-side services. In my role, I collaborate with the project manager to facilitate stakeholder reviews, advise on best practices, and identify gaps in the project.
What makes working at HRchitect so great? The team I work with makes HRchitect a great workplace. Not only do we work well as a team, but the people are just good people who care about one another.
What project are you most proud of? I am most proud of the implementation project at Biffa. That project was my first project in the UK, and I was the WFM lead. The opportunity allowed me to learn a lot about the UK statutory regulations and the configurations in Dayforce.
What’s been one of your favorite destinations to travel to for a client site visit/Partner conference/HRchitect event? I was fortunate to travel to England for go-live support for a client. The team I worked with while I was there was great, the project went very well, and I was able to have a weekend to go sightseeing.
What has been your favorite travel destination? My favorite vacation was when my son and I went to London and Paris. We explored all the tourist attractions and had an unforgettable time.

Christina and her son enjoyed their adventures in London and Paris.
What are you most excited about this summer? I am looking forward to our family vacation to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, with my brother and sister-in-law. We are going hiking in the Smoky Mountains, visiting Dollywood, and exploring a variety of other experiences while we’re there.
As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to streamline your work and enhance productivity? Specifically, I use Microsoft Teams all day, every day. It makes it easy for me to stay in constant communication with my team through direct messages or voice/video calls. I have team channels for all the projects I am involved with for easy communication with the project team and for quick check-ins, project updates, and queries.
Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? Why? One of my favorite perks that HRchitect offers is the half-day Summer Fridays, which will start after Memorial Day and last through Labor Day. The half-day Friday allows me to spend more time with my family during the time my son is out of school for the summer.
