What is your favorite thing to do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy reading or playing video games.
What is your role at HRchitect, and how has it evolved since you joined the company? I am an Implementation/ Talent Acquisition Consultant. Initially, I joined the team to handle iCIMS optimization and client-side support; however, this has expanded to encompass Jobvite, UKG TA (Talent Acquisition), Performance, Compensation, and additional systems that clients require assistance with beyond HRchitect’s usual scope.
What do you enjoy the most about working at HRchitect? I appreciate the flexibility to balance my personal life and still complete my work without being tied to the desk for eight hours straight. Additionally, HRchitect has provided me with several opportunities to grow and acquire new skills.
What’s one project or achievement you’re particularly proud of? I’m particularly proud of my work with ACS/CAS on their UKG Recruiting implementation and my ongoing collaboration with iCIMS for Medxcel and KEO, which I began a year and a half ago.

What is your favorite place to visit on vacation? My favorite vacation spot is southwest Montana, where I enjoy spending time with my family near the mountains.
Kevin enjoys visiting his family in Montana, his beloved dog, Coco, and Glacier National Park.
As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? Specifically, these are the tools we use internally, such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. I don’t have much experience with other tools.
Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? Why? One of my favorite perks is the half-day Summer Fridays. It’s great to wrap things up and start the weekend early.
