Enterprise Logistics Corporation
Client Background
This client, a global enterprise transportation corporation headquartered on the eastern seaboard, recently engaged with HRchitect for an evaluation of current HCM technologies and, if needed, facilitation of the selection of new systems. The majority of this client’s 11,000 employees across North America consisted of drivers and warehouse workers, with the remaining employee population in administrative functions supporting the driver and warehouse employee groups. The client was utilizing the legacy platform for HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management. Additionally, the client was using Kronos for Time & Attendance, PlanSource for Benefits, and Cornerstone OnDemand for learning management.
The Challenge
The Client faced challenges stemming from a disconnected HR technology ecosystem that required duplicate data entry, manual processes, and significant effort to maintain. These inefficiencies limited the HR team’s ability to operate strategically and support the business effectively.
Additionally, the organization needed alignment across stakeholders with varying priorities, while ensuring any future solution would meet functional requirements, integrate effectively, and scale with the business. Selecting the right HCM solution required a structured, objective approach backed by data and stakeholder input.
