October 2026, Frisco, TX — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have recognized HRchitect as No. 39 on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ List in the Small & Medium category. This marks HRchitect’s fourth consecutive year on the national list.
The ranking is based on employee feedback. Great Place To Work received more than 125,000 employee responses from companies eligible for this year’s Consulting & Professional Services list and evaluated the quality and consistency of their workplace experiences.
For HRchitect, the recognition reflects the culture behind client work. Our fully remote team across the United States and Canada helps organizations make HR technology decisions, implement systems, and improve them over time – work that depends on collaboration, expertise, and trust.
2026 Recognition Reflects Both Culture and Client Excellence
HRchitect’s placement on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list follows several other recognitions this year. HRchitect renewed its U.S. Great Place To Work® certification, was named to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas™ list, and received WorkForce Software’s 2026 Regional System Integrator Partner of the Year award. Together, these honors reflect the culture and expertise our team brings to its work with clients.
“Being recognized among the best workplaces in consulting is especially meaningful because, in our business, the employee experience and the client experience are inseparable. Our clients feel the expertise, collaboration and accountability of our people every day.
The recognition we have received throughout 2026, from our employees, our industry and our partners, reinforces something we have always believed at HRchitect: investing in our people is not separate from delivering exceptional client outcomes. It is how we deliver them.”

About Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2026
How Great Place To Work Measures Employee Experience
Great Place To Work has developed themes and metrics that measure whether employees have a consistently positive workplace experience. The research also identifies factors associated with retention, agility and overall business success.
Using its proprietary Trust Index™ survey, Great Place To Work measures behaviors that build trust in management, connection among colleagues, and loyalty to the organization.
Employees provide confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their workplace culture. The survey includes 60 statements rated on a five-point scale, along with two open-ended questions.
What Employees Share
The survey asks employees about many aspects of their workplace experience. Employees evaluate whether leaders are accessible, communicate clearly, and follow through on their commitments.
They also share whether they feel respected and supported in their well-being and professional development. Questions explore opportunities to contribute, receive recognition, and grow within the organization.
Employees provide feedback on fairness in pay, promotions, recognition, and access to opportunities. The survey also measures pride in their work, their team, and their company.
Other questions focus on whether employees believe their work is meaningful and makes a difference. Employees also describe their relationships with colleagues, whether they feel cared for and whether they can be themselves at work.
How the Rankings Are Determined
Great Place To Work analyzes employee feedback to understand both the quality and consistency of the workplace experience.
The analysis compares responses across demographic groups and roles within each organization. This helps determine whether positive experiences are shared broadly across the workforce.
Survey statements are weighted based on their importance in describing an equitable workplace. Organizations with the greatest percentage of employees reporting consistently positive experiences receive the highest rankings.
Great workplaces create positive experiences across roles, tenure levels, and demographic groups. The methodology considers full-time and part-time employees, new hires, long-tenured employees, and people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Great Place To Work also reviews company information such as industry, revenue, size and employee demographics. This context helps identify organizations that demonstrate generous, caring, and innovative workplace cultures.
Survey Standards and Eligibility
Employee feedback drives the rankings, so Great Place To Work applies strict survey standards. Requirements cover both survey distribution and employee response rates to help ensure results accurately represent the workforce.
To qualify for the Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list, organizations must be Great Place To Work Certified™. They must also employ at least 10 people in the United States and operate within the consulting and professional services industry.
Companies with 10 to 999 employees compete in the Small & Medium category. Organizations with 1,000 or more employees compete in the Large category.
Companies appearing on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list rank at the top.
About the 2026 Survey
During the past year, Great Place To Work surveyed companies employing 7.3 million people in the United States. The organization received 1.3 million survey responses.
More than 125,000 responses came from employees at companies eligible for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list. Those employee experiences form the basis of the 2026 rankings.
