2020 seemed like the year for polls across the globe. I saw polls for everything ranging from the pandemic’s impact to the effects of remote learning and remote working to political polls and polls about Americans’ willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Polls are an incredibly helpful tool for gathering data and intel in any industry.
As we continue to move through 2021, polls and the data gleaned from polls and surveys will continue to be vital tools for business decision making for businesses across all industries. For those in HR, Finance, Operations, or Marketing functions, polls are often used to better understand and formulate decisions based on input and feedback from employees. This critical data allows decision-makers to understand if employees are engaged and energized and to understand if employees’ needs and expectations are being fulfilled. In 2021 and beyond, taking care of your employees, building and maintaining a strong internal culture, and having the right technology in place will allow your organization to thrive for years to come. Check out the 2021 Global Culture Report from O.C. Tanner for more detailed information.

At HRchitect, we use polls and surveys as a baseline to gather information about an organization’s existing HR technology landscape, including talent acquisition, talent management, benefits, payroll, core HR, learning management, and workforce management systems. From there, we can help our clients to chart the best path forward. Often that first step on the journey to optimizing HCM technology is finding the right mix of consulting services to help our clients achieve their overarching business goals.
Below is a link to a brief sample poll that we might use to help discover your current HCM technology landscape and your current pain points.
