[Frisco, Texas]– May 5, 2025 – HRchitect Inc., a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) technology consulting services, today announced that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire 100% of the UKG TeleStaff workforce management consulting practice from JK Seva. As part of this acquisition, JK Seva is divesting its UKG TeleStaff practice, enabling these offerings to become a key addition to HRchitect’s portfolio.
With this strategic acquisition, HRchitect strengthens its leadership position in providing workforce management and scheduling services. UKG TeleStaff, known for its robust capabilities in public safety workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and operational efficiency, aligns perfectly with HRchitect’s mission to provide comprehensive solutions that enhance workforce management and improve operational outcomes.

As part of the transaction, JK Seva will continue to operate under its brand and within their core business areas. The divestiture of the UKG TeleStaff practice will enable JK Seva to concentrate further on its strategic goals and initiatives. At the same time, HRchitect will take on the continued development and growth of UKG TeleStaff implementation and support services.
