As detailed in the original Letter of Intent announced on May 5, 2025, HRchitect has integrated JK Seva’s UKG TeleStaff team, including its expert consultants and longstanding public-sector client base. This strategic acquisition ensures seamless continuity of services and significantly expands HRchitect’s capabilities in scheduling, time and attendance, and operational efficiency for public sector entities.
