When anyone thinks of this time of year, especially the month of November, gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness usually makes the news online and offline. As for me, working in the HR technology consulting space, receiving compliments from clients on behalf of our consultants working on various projects is what makes my job so rewarding. HRchitect is a firm that treats our clients and our people truly like family. We provide consulting services for various HR system projects from evaluation and selection, project management, implementation, and everything in between.
In this fast-paced industry of HR with all the constant updates to policy changes and challenges faced with ever evolving technology, it’s important to take some time to contemplate what you are thankful for as an HR Professional in today’s industry. So in the spirit of thanks this season, I asked some of our own consultants what makes them thankful for working in the HR technology space. Here is what they have to say:
