Frisco, TX – December 10, 2024 – HRchitect, a leading Human Capital Management consulting firm, is proud to support this holiday season through its Charitable Giving Program, donating to over 50 charities across North America. This program allows the company’s fully remote workforce, spread throughout the United States and Canada, to identify causes and organizations that are meaningful to them personally. HRchitect then donates to these organizations in the employee’s name.
Matt Lafata, President & CEO, commented:
As a People First organization, our employees mean the world to us. We not only strive to provide a welcoming environment at HRchitect with many perks and great benefits, but we always look at how we expand that beyond the workplace. During this time of year, we want to make it easy for our teams to make an impact in their local communities and to causes that are personally meaningful to them, such as a donation in memory of loved ones. This program has been one of our most cherished employee initiatives since we implemented it several years ago. Company-wide, we get to experience the joy and satisfaction that come with making a difference in the lives of others.
