I take a lot of pride in what we do at HRchitect. Day in and day out, we make a difference in some of the world’s leading organizations by helping them with their HCM technology. Ultimately, this has a positive impact on each and every person who is at those organizations today, and those who will be in the future. An impact of that magnitude is truly incredible and is something that we are extremely proud of.
After more than 18 years helping thousands of long-term and new clients, HRchitect has developed an enviable thought leadership position in the HCM space. This position is derived from the immense amount of trust that clients place in us. A definition of trust that I feel encapsulates this is, “reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence.”
Something I absolutely love about what we do, and the companies we serve, is that I see reminders everywhere I go. It is almost impossible to do anything, without using a service or a product from one of our clients. This is especially apparent around the holidays.
Think about some of the constant reminders about the tremendous influence that HRchitect has in the HCM technology world…
Chances are you are going to do some shopping for friends and loved ones this holiday season. You will likely visit a company that HRchitect has performed HCM related technology services for – Best Buy, Fossil, Amazon, Target, OfficeMax, L.L. Bean, Nordstrom, JCPenney, Lowe’s, GAP, Wal-Mart, Crate and Barrel, Family Dollar, Finish Line, Levin Furniture, Orchard Supply Hardware, Books-A-Million, or numerous others. Yes, it is very likely that you will shop at a store or online with an HRchitect client.
Don’t you need some money to visit these stores? Chances are good you may bank with an HRchitect client like Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Bank of America, Bank of Oklahoma, TD Bank, First Citizens Banc, NBT Bankcorp, New York Community Bank, Hancock Bank, People’s United Financial, Texans Credit Union, Boeing Employee Credit Union, Mountain America Credit Union or one of many others.
Then of course it’s time to use a credit card that might come from Citigroup, First USA, American Express, or Visa. Or maybe before that you need to talk budget with your financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or BlackRock/Barclays Global Investors before you spend any money.
Naturally all this running around will make you hungry or thirsty so why not visit one of HRchitect’s clients. Grab a Dr. Pepper Snapple product to quench your thirst, or maybe Pepsi is your thing. Perhaps you’ll enjoy a fancy coffee drink from Starbucks or chow down on a Burrito at Chipotle. Maybe something from Panera Bread or Yum! Brands? How about having Domino’s Pizza or Papa John’s delivered to you? Or enjoy a dessert from Nestle? How about a beer at Iron Hill Brewery? Chances are pretty good you will eat or drink something from one of HRchitect’s clients.
Are you traveling to visit relatives this holiday season? What if you don’t want to stay with them, because they don’t have room or they drive you crazy? Not a problem. You can stay at Hyatt hotels, or a Starwood Property, Marriott, Wyndham, Choice Hotels, Sea Pines Resort, Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa, Fairmont Hotels, La Quinta, or one of many other fine locations that have utilized HRchitect’s services.
What if you get sick with all the stress and germs that are in the air this time of year? No problem. HRchitect clients such as Mayo Clinic, Kindred Healthcare, Tenet, Texas Health Resources, California Pacific Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Castlight Health, Lee Memorial Hospital, Children’s Healthcare, or Mobile County Health can help you. No matter where you are, we are sure you can find a healthcare system that has relied on HRchitect.
You might also utilize an HRchitect client to get your oil, gas, electric or some other form of energy (either directly or indirectly) to keep you warm or help transport you to your holiday destination. You’ll find these clients such as Aera Energy, Cenovus, Conoco Phillips, Baker Hughes, Oklahoma Gas and Energy, Peabody Energy, Alliant Energy, Pride International, Valero, Pennsylvania Power & Light and many others spread throughout North America.
Let us not forget how you will communicate or play electronic games with friends and loved ones this year. I can almost guarantee you will do that through a product or service from Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, Qualcomm, L3 Communications, Sirius Communications, Nintendo, Mattel, Siemens, or use that shiny new iPhone or iPad from Apple. You got it, all clients of HRchitect.
I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. HRchitect clients are everywhere, span every industry, and are of every size.
If you are reading this and are one of our clients, we’d like to give thanks to you for your trust in HRchitect, and for making us the leading HCM technology consulting firm. This leadership position you have helped us achieve is not to be taken lightly, and simply makes us strive to be better and to share more of our knowledge. So, once again put your trust in us to continue to provide industry-relevant resources on HRchitect.com including blogs, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and information about speaking engagements and more.
If you are reading this and are not one of our clients, let’s talk. Place your trust in HRchitect just like thousands of other organizations have done, time and time again. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.
2016 is going to be another very exciting year in this industry, and no doubt another very puzzling year in the world of HCM technology. We look forward to continuing to help our clients make a positive impact for not only their bottom line for also the employees in their organizations.
Happy Holidays from all of us at HRchitect!
