Jennifer Sorenson, Regional Sales Manager, is a tenured sales executive with over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Jennifer joined HRchitect in 2021 and leads the organization’s sales efforts in a 26-state region across the central and western part of the United States, as well as in 4 Canadian provinces. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Leadership. Jennifer values people and relationships and believes that translates to invaluable, long-term working relationships that stand the test of time.
When Jennifer isn’t working, she, her husband, 3 children, and their dogs enjoy traveling and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks college football, basketball and baseball teams. She also enjoys hunting, fishing, baking, and cooking in her free time.

What do you do when you’re not working? Herd kids. I really love baking and did have my own baking business for a while. My husband and I golf when we have time and we enjoy traveling and love spending time with family. I love hunting and fishing.
How did you find out about HRchitect, and what made you join the company? I had a connection with Matt Lafata. I loved the that I am able to work for a small, private company that looks after its people.
How has your background impacted your experience as a Regional Sales Manager? I feel my background really shapes my appreciation how dependent my role is on the team and within the company. We are all inter-dependent on each other. My relationships with my customers and within my company are so vital.
In your own words, what do you do at HRchitect? I see myself as bridging the gap between customers needs and our ability to meet the needs within our resources. It’s our job to use our resources to the fullest capacity. To meet our customer’s needs to the fullest. I am the one to facilitate both those needs.
What’s a typical workday like for you? I get up between 5-5:30am, work-out and get my kids to school. Then I check my email and follow up on leads. Conference calls start at 9-10am and that’s how I spend the rest of my day.
Tell me about a project you’ve worked on that you’re particularly proud of. When I closed my first deal for an oil & gas company. I am super proud of of that.
