Crystal Judd
Crystal Judd joined HRchitect in 2016, bringing over a decade of HR technology experience to the HRchitect team. In her role as Senior Director of Service Operations, Crystal helps to ensure the success of all HRchitect’s projects across all implementation practices within the organization. Crystal also plays a role in the onboarding and mentoring of the members of HRchitect’s Project Management Office (PMO).
Some of the qualities that HRchitect clients love most about Crystal are her attention to detail, tenacity, clear communication style, and strong project management skills.
Crystal holds several certifications across multiple HR technology platforms, including Project Management in UKG Pro Core, UKG Ready, and UKG Pro Benefits Administration, giving her a well-rounded view of the UKG Launch methodology and best practices.
When Crystal isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter (usually outside) on their mini farm, where you can almost always hear chickens squawking, dogs barking, cats meowing, or a cow mooing (and who knows what’s next). She also loves cruising the many waterways of her homestead on Johns Island, South Carolina.
