Crystal Judd

Crystal Judd joined HRchitect in 2016, bringing over a decade of HR technology experience to the HRchitect team. Her experience encompasses payroll and benefit administration, performance management, team building and leadership, process improvement and project management.

In her role as Delivery Manager, Crystal helps to ensure the success of all HRchitect‘s projects across all implementation practices within the organization. This includes executive sponsorship, relationship management, project oversight, and risk mitigation. Crystal also plays a role in the onboarding and mentoring of the members of HRchitect’s Project Management Office (PMO)

Some of the qualities that HRchitect clients love most about Crystal are her attention to detail, tenacity, clear communication style, and strong project management skills.

Crystal holds several certifications across multiple HR technology platforms including Project Management in both UKG Pro Core, UKG Ready, and UKG Pro Benefits Administration, which gives her a well-rounded view of the UKG Launch methodology and best practices.

When Crystal isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter (usually outside) on their mini farm, where you can almost always hear chickens squawking, dogs barking, cats meowing, or a cow mooing (and who knows what’s next). She also loves cruising the many waterways of her homestead on Johns Island, South Carolina.

Growing up in Charleston has given Crystal a deep love and connection between food and the local culture that extends to the many restaurants and breweries in her hometown. She is a true believer that food (and drink) brings people together.
