Erica Niesse

Erica Niesse has over 16  years of expertise in HR technology, with a solid track record of high-quality results. Erica is both business strategy-focused and technically savvy, enabling her to consistently exceed her client’s expectations.

At HRchitect, she is the Executive Vice President of Implementation Services and is responsible for managing HRchitect’s consulting practices focused on the implementation, optimization, and support of various HCM and WFM systems. In Erica’s time with HRchitect her team has completed hundreds of successful implementation projects. Some of her clients include Netjets, the Weather Channel, LA Care, Key Energy, and many others.

In Erica’s career, she has worked as a hands-on consultant responsible for all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with clients, requirements definition and documentation, solution design, configuration, technical architecture, unit and integration testing, mentoring, training, and full deployment. Erica works closely with the Sales and Enablement teams to drive the best solutions for our customers based on their RFP and company requirements.

When Erica isn’t working with her team on HCM best practices she enjoys spending time with her family in Roswell, Georgia. She loves spending her free time at Lake Burton with her 2 children, Jackson and Rachel, and 2 yellow labs, Willis and Ralph.
