Jacob brings over 19 years of experience working within IT and over 15 years working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager to the HRchitect team. Jacob has an excellent understanding of requirements gathering and documentation and is well-versed in Project Management concepts and tools.
As a Project Delivery Manager at HRchitect, his role focuses on ensuring successful project execution and maintaining strong team performance. He collaborates closely with the Directors of Delivery to help resolve issues within our project portfolio. He also assists in managing cases with our partner delivery managers. He leads PMO team calls to discuss current industry-related topics or best practices related to Project Management. Additionally, he helps onboard new project managers, guiding them through our methodology and processes while keeping our resource management updated based on team availability.
