Kasey Dempsey brings over a decade of HCM implementation expertise in her role as Service Excellence Manager. With a focus on both Dayforce and UKG programs, Kasey’s extensive background in Project Management and Process Improvement is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience for our customers. Focusing on the entire lifecycle from Sales to Post Go-Live, Kasey’s goal is to ensure our customers are supported every step of the way.

Kasey’s career began in Project Support and evolved into Consulting and Project Management. Finding her niche as a Project Manager, she earned her PMP certification. Cultivating a deep understanding of how process and methodology impacts projects, Kasey’s priority remains delivering an exceptional implementation experience for both internal and customer teams.

Kasey was born and raised in Southern California. She enjoys living an active lifestyle, stepping outside to walk her dog or take in a yoga session. Music is a huge part of her life, and she considers herself an expert playlist creator. As a certified foodie, Kasey can always be found enjoying a good meal with friends and family.
