Nicole LeGrano joined HRchitect in 2023, bringing over 18 years of experience in the software technology services industry. As the Director of Marketing, she leads a talented team responsible for the strategy and execution of all brand, digital, and partner marketing initiatives. With a focus on elevating HRchitect’s presence in the HCM and WFM consulting space, Nicole oversees campaign development, social engagement, sales enablement, and event marketing while collaborating cross-functionally to improve lead generation, client engagement, and market positioning.
Nicole’s career spans business development, contract negotiation, and performance analysis – always with a data-driven and people-first approach. Nicole brings a unique blend of sales & marketing expertise, financial acumen, and legal insight to her role.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys life in Western New York with her husband, Rob, and their three children, Bryson, Avary, and Cannon. Their home is a lively menagerie featuring Petunia the mini pig, dachshunds Baxter and Lady, chickens Patti and Nugs, and Popcorn the lionhead bunny.
