Ricky Prieto joined HRchitect in September of 2022 as an HCM Consultant bringing over 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Implementation Management, and Client Services from various industries such as Healthcare, Nutrition, and a leading on-line boating marketplace to the HRchitect team. Within a year and a half he earned his UKG Certification in Integration Development and Data Conversion earning him a promotion to Integration Consultant in February 2024.
With great success in his role, Ricky was again promoted to lead a team as the UKG Pro Implementation Manager within our UKG practice. Before joining HRchitect, Ricky was a Sr. Product Support Representative at UKG for three years servicing 200+ clients in Canada and the USA. In his role, Ricky learned to become very knowledgeable in the UKG Pro implementation process and knowledgeable in troubleshooting Workforce Dimensions Integrations. Ricky is an experienced payroll professional with a certification in Data Analytics and extensive knowledge of UKG Pro CRM and its related modules. He received his Associate of Arts in Accounting from Miami Dade College.
