As Technical Services Manager at HRchitect, Tausif Mohammad leads the delivery of technical services across data conversion, custom reporting, General Ledger, and integrations for Dayforce HCM implementations. He collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to design scalable, client-specific solutions that address complex business needs. Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, Tausif provides strategic guidance and hands-on leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and lasting client value.
Tausif brings over 15 years of experience in HCM integration and implementation, including 10 years at Dayforce, where he led large-scale integration initiatives. His technical expertise spans custom file development, XML/XSLT transformation, and Dayforce Integration Studio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Outside of work, Tausif enjoys traveling with his family and proudly supports Manchester United, through every high and heartbreak.
