The Puzzling World of HR Technology

Putting together puzzles of all kinds is one of my favorite activities to do with my daughter. Although her puzzles consist of 12 large pieces (she’s a pre-schooler) while mine are usually 200 pieces or more, the satisfaction of seeing the completed puzzle is pure joy. Given that I’ve devoted a good amount of time to complete each puzzle, I usually like to admire the finished puzzle for a long time, rather than immediately disconnect it and box it back up. Sometimes I’ll use decoupage to glue the puzzles together, frame them, and use them as decorative pieces in our playroom.

I find some irony in this in the way it relates to my work life. Obviously, my company, HRchitect’s logo, is a grouping of puzzle pieces. Beyond that, the consulting services provided by our team are the equivalent of the decoupage that I use to keep my puzzles together in the way the we help our clients to understand the puzzling world of HR technology and the ever-changing vendors and systems in the marketplace. Helping our clients determine which HR technology systems are best for their business, and also fit together, is something that we’ve done for over two decades.

Inspired by the puzzle theme, I’ve created an HRchitect services themed word search puzzle for you.
