Favorite restaurant: I do not have a favorite restaurant per se. I love trying “new to me” restaurants – especially Italian restaurants and steakhouses.
Favorite song: My favorite song is “Fifty-Mission Cap” by The Tragically Hip.
Favorite motto or quote: “Do or do not. There is no try.” – Master Yoda.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time? I love to travel with my family, and we have had many great adventures together. Road-tripping is something we enjoy a lot in the summer months with our travel trailer. Living in central Canada, we’ve traveled both east to Toronto and west to Calgary/Banff. Two summers ago, we took our camper and journeyed south all the way to Nashville, Tennessee!
What does your job as the Director of Dayforce Consulting Services entail?
As the Director of Dayforce Consulting Services at HRchitect, I lead the Dayforce delivery team, ensuring successful client implementations and high satisfaction. I oversee project quality, timelines, and budgets while mentoring my team and driving operational excellence. Collaborating with sales, I support pre-sales efforts, including scoping and RFPs, and align delivery strategies with HRchitect’s business goals. Leveraging my expertise in Dayforce HCM, I provide thought leadership, stay updated on industry trends, and foster strong relationships with Dayforce and key stakeholders to ensure HRchitect remains a trusted leader and the top-rated consulting firm as it relates to Dayforce implementation, support, and other consulting services.
What is the best thing about working at HRchitect? I have to say the people I work with every single day! I couldn’t ask for a better group of co-workers. Everyone at HRchitect has such a great attitude and is so welcoming. The culture here is second to none.
What project are you most proud of? I’m most proud of an internal project to optimize the RFP process for HRchitect. This involved elements such as kicking off the RFP process project, which entailed creating dashboards, improving the process behind HRchitect’s responses, and building a Standard Operating Procedure for all stakeholders. I am excited to see this function continue evolve in 2025 as it is carried forward by HRchitect’s proposal services manager, a newly created role within our sales team.
What’s been one of your favorite destinations to travel to for work? In 2016 when working at Dayforce, I had the opportunity to spend 6 weeks abroad in Mauritius, helping to train new Dayforce Implementation Consultants.

What has been your favorite place to visit on vacation? In 2018, my wife and I had the opportunity to visit Israel for a week. We had the best time and toured the country. This is a photo of us atop Masada.

As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? I cannot live without my webcam. I believe having that face-to-face connection with the person you are communicating with is so important.
Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? I love summer Fridays! Why? When time permits, and I can leave early on a Friday afternoon, I love the chance to unwind and get a head start on the weekend. In addition, working remotely enables us to spend the summer at the lake. For me, an ideal Friday afternoon involves either riding the jet ski or relaxing on the deck.
