Hometown: I’m originally from South Bend, Indiana.
Favorite restaurant: I absolutely love Mexican and Italian food, which makes it impossible to pick a favorite. Tacos or pasta? Don’t make me choose!
Favorite song / favorite movie: I love anything by Dave Matthews Band or Tom Petty. When it comes to movies, it has to be the Star Wars franchise, and I can thank my oldest for that!
Favorite motto or quote: “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever could.”
What would you like everyone to know about you and your career journey at HRchitect?
The last 10+ years of my career has been in the HR technology partner space. I joined HRchitect in November 2023 as part of the sales team. Those first few months were all about diving deep into HRchitect’s service offerings and understanding what makes us stand out. By February 2024, I transitioned to the Marketing Manager role, which aligned perfectly with my background. The move from sales to marketing was seamless and well-executed, and I couldn’t be happier. I love working closely with both teams—it’s been the perfect fit for me.
What do you do for fun outside of work?
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors. Living in Western New York, what I do depends on the season:
- In the spring and summer, I’m usually outside by my pool, at the beach, or hunting for sea glass on the shores near my house.
- In the colder months, I cheer on my kids at swim meets, dance competitions, or wrestling tournaments.
- I enjoy restoring furniture year-round. I’ve got an entire bay in my garage dedicated to projects I haven’t gotten to yet!
I also love spending time with my family, which includes my two dachshunds, Baxter and Lady, and my mini pig, Petunia.
What is your “why”? What motivates you to show up every day & give 100%?
I’m incredibly fortunate to genuinely love what I do. The team I’m part of is intelligent, supportive, and motivating. It would be hard not to show up every day and give 100%!
You just celebrated your one-year anniversary with HRchitect on November 16th, 2024; what does your job entail?
This November, I celebrated my one-year anniversary with HRchitect! As the Marketing Manager, I lead and support a small but mighty marketing team while also contributing to HRchitect’s strategic internal and external marketing efforts.
What is the best thing about working at HRchitect?
The best thing about working here? Everything! But if I had to choose, I’d highlight our culture. I’ve worked hybrid or remotely for about 15 years, and I know how challenging it can be to create a positive culture in that environment. HRchitect has done it well.
What project are you most proud of?
I’m especially proud of building out Monday.com for the marketing team’s use. From designing boards and adding automation to creating forms, it’s been a continuous process, but the results have been worth it.
For my team, I’d say it’s the successful planning and execution of two simultaneous conferences. Pulling that off, including attending both conferences in the same week, was a huge win!
You had a busy year attending Partner conferences and HRchitect events! What were some of the highlights from those experiences?
Highlights from 2024
- February: Meeting the sales and marketing teams in Frisco, Texas, for the first time was amazing. The knowledge-sharing sessions and team-building activities were so impactful.

- July: I attended a Dayforce Team Meeting in Gloucester, MA, which was an absolutely beautiful location. I especially loved the chartered evening harbor tour on a sailboat.

- November: After months of planning, it was incredible to see two conferences in Las Vegas come together during the same week. Spending in-person time with the team was the best!

What has been your favorite place to visit on vacation?
Cabo San Lucas is one of my favorite places to visit, especially during whale season. I love it there!
As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier?
Slack is my go-to for communication because it’s so versatile, and Monday.com has been a game-changer for our team’s task management and collaboration.
Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? Why?
Working remotely is my favorite perk. While it’s more of a necessity than a perk for our operational dynamic, it’s been great for maintaining work-life balance, which HRchitect really supports.
