The Results

The client selected Vendor A for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Succession Planning, and Vendor A’s benefits managed services. The client also chose to upgrade to UKG Pro WFM for time and attendance.

Since the publication of this case study, this client has signed contracts with their selected vendors and completed their phased implementation of the newly selected platform, as well as the time & attendance upgrade. Vendor A’s services team led the implementation, with HRchitect as a client-side project manager and change management consultant, to serve as advocates, coaching their team through the implementation process, ensuring the highest potential for a successful project.

The implementation was a phased approach with a successful January go-live for the Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules, with a second phase for the remaining modules and the T&A upgrade. After a successful 2-year strategy, evaluation, and implementation engagement, navigating never-before-seen business challenges such as COVID-19, this client is successfully utilizing the new systems and realizing significant ROI.
