For more than a century, our Client has built a reputation for innovation, quality, and operational excellence in the professional and consumer grooming industry. As a global manufacturer serving customers around the world, our Client requires HR and payroll processes capable of supporting a diverse and growing workforce. To support its long-term growth strategy, our Client transitioned from legacy Kronos HRMS to UKG Pro.

Our Client chose UKG Pro because it could streamline HR and payroll administration, improve operational efficiency, and provide a scalable foundation for future initiatives. Given the organization’s size and complexity, maintaining data integrity and payroll accuracy throughout the transition was critical.

Our Client also wanted to ensure its internal team was fully equipped to manage and optimize the new system after go-live. The Challenge

The Project

HRchitect and UKG partnered with our Client to support the implementation and deployment of UKG Pro. UKG supported the extraction and conversion of data from Kronos HRMS, resulting in a clean migration process with minimal data-related challenges.

Throughout the implementation, HRchitect worked closely with stakeholders to review requirements, support testing efforts, and validate payroll configurations. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was completed with minimal issues, reflecting both the quality of the implementation and the engagement of the Client team. During testing, several payroll tax configuration discrepancies were identified and corrected, ensuring accurate payroll processing and reducing risk after deployment.
