So many companies brag about being a great place to work. They talk about the benefits they offer to their employees and how they value their commitment to the job and company. But do they follow through or show their employees they care? HRchitect does!

They genuinely believe that it is the people that make their company great. They have proven that if they take care of their employees, their employees will take care of clients. In return, clients utilizing HRchitect for HCM and WFM implementation and support can rest assured that the consultants will bring their expertise and a happy, positive attitude to your project.

I asked several colleagues to share their experiences as HRchitect employees. In my opinion, the testimonials from current employees throughout this blog post further solidify the title given to HRchitect as a “Great Place to Work“.

I came to HRchitect over two years ago after a couple of my previous colleagues bragged about how different and amazing it was to work at HRchitect, compared to other consulting firms we had worked at. When submitting my application, I was hoping they were not wrong. I was thrilled to see that my former colleagues, now colleagues once again, were correct. In fact, I feel they even understated how fantastic it is to work at, and be a part of, HRchitect. My appreciation for my co-workers continues to grow, and I feel very respected in return. The company leadership is always available to us, and they trust their team members. In response to the positive working environment, my love and devotion for my job grew, spilling over into my client engagements. There is a reason HRchitect is a sought-after workplace.

HRchitect is a leader in the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management Consulting world. The organization has been in business for over 27 years and continually rank as highly esteemed partners. The knowledge in their combined workforce is limitless as they motivate and encourage their consultants to grow, complete certifications and develop with each new day. Keeping an employee happy, certified, and motivated provides HRchitect’s client with a tremendous experience. This employee-centric culture has kept HRchitect at the top of the tier in their industry.

Leadership, all the way through top-level management, honors and values their employees in myriad ways. Senior management publicly recognize the achievements of their employees.

They honor and show appreciation by recognizing Employee Appreciation Day with a half day off. And everybody’s birthday is a holiday uniquely for them! This human connection felt at HRchitect creates an environment of a tight knit community. This community works as a cohesive unit, and the productivity and value of work exceed our client’s expectations. This leadership style, in turn, has catapulted HRchitect into a trusted and sought-after company in the Human Capital Management consulting industry.

Management, from the top down, acknowledges their teams’ hard work. They admire and respect their team’s autonomy, trusting in each person’s ability to plan their workdays and meet deadlines on time. With HRchitect being a 100% remote workforce since 2018, they understand that remote managing can sometimes be challenging. The teams have navigated into the remote lifestyle with ease and grace. The management team keeps their employees engaged and connected by always being available to have a ‘drive-by’ chat, replicating the camaraderie of in-office environments. They do not micro-manage but trust the consultant with their project assignments and the knowledge to get the job done and done well.  This creates a sense of pride in the consultants, which spills over onto the client experience.

Consultants will engage the clients with trust in themselves and lead projects confidently, knowing their team and manager are standing behind them and cheering them on. HRchitect employees know that they are human and if they make a mistake, they have faith that their manager will address the error but treat it as a learning opportunity, not a ‘shouting match.’  This relationship with their manager builds confidence, trust, and a more cohesive team. This trust inevitably flows over to the client, with the consultants first being careful to avoid mistakes, but if an error occurs, HRchitect consultants take full responsibility for mistakes and resolutions, gaining the trust and respect of the client.

HRchitect has always run its business with a focus on its employees. They have been recognized with many awards, such as Great Place to Work Certification, Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services and Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces, to name a few. However, they know that the employees and their devotion are the cornerstones of this great company.
