Frisco, TX – December 23, 2025 – HRchitect, a leading Human Capital Management consulting firm, is proud to mark the sixth consecutive year of its Charitable Giving Program, supporting communities across North America during the holiday season. In 2025, the program facilitated company-funded donations to more than 50 nonprofit organizations, reinforcing HRchitect’s ongoing commitment to employee-directed philanthropy.
Through this program, HRchitect’s fully remote workforce across the United States and Canada is empowered to identify causes that are personally meaningful to them. HRchitect then makes donations in each employee’s name, extending the company’s People First values beyond the workplace and into the communities where its team members live and serve.
As the program enters its sixth year, the focus continues to evolve beyond the number of organizations supported to the impact created. In 2025, employee-directed giving reflected meaningful investment across core areas of need, driven by personal stories, lived experiences, and shared values. HRchitect looks forward to continuing and growing this program in the years ahead, deepening its collective impact one community at a time.
As a People First organization, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our Charitable Giving Program allows employees to extend that commitment beyond the workplace by supporting causes that are personally meaningful to them and the communities where they live and work. Each year, this program reminds us that the greatest impact happens when people are empowered to give in ways that reflect their own values. It continues to be one of our most meaningful employee initiatives, and we are proud of the collective impact our team makes.

Where Impact Was Felt
Human Services & Community Support
The largest share of 2025 contributions supported organizations focused on meeting essential human needs. These nonprofits address food insecurity, housing stability, family support, youth advocacy, and access to critical resources.
Representative organizations supported this year include:
- Local and regional food banks and hunger relief programs
- Community missions providing shelter, clothing, and outreach services
- Child advocacy centers and family support organizations
These donations reflect HRchitect’s belief that strong communities start with meeting basic needs and supporting people where they are.
Health, Medical Research & Healing
A significant portion of giving supported health-focused organizations, including hospitals, disease research foundations, and programs centered on treatment, prevention, and family care.
Highlights from this category include support for:
- Children’s hospitals and pediatric research programs
- Organizations funding disease-specific research and patient support
- Health foundations providing comfort and care to families during critical times
Many of these causes were selected due to personal connections within the team, reinforcing how deeply this work resonates.
Animal Welfare
Animal rescue and welfare organizations remained a strong focus in 2025. Donations supported shelters, rescue networks, and service-animal programs that protect and care for animals in need.
These organizations work tirelessly to provide safety, rehabilitation, and second chances, and HRchitect is proud to stand behind that mission.
Veterans & Service-Focused Organizations
HRchitect also supported organizations dedicated to veterans and service members, including programs focused on recovery, wellness, and reintegration.
These contributions reflect HRchitect’s respect for service and a commitment to supporting those who have given so much.
