Hometown: Nassau, The Bahamas
Favorite restaurant: Bamboo Shack, located in the Bahamas, is my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it if you ever visit.
Favorite song: Though there are many to name, my favorite is “Toast” by Koffee because it’s upbeat and positive.
My favorite motto or quote: “Be good to yourself,” which is how my brother typically ends our phone calls.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy catching up on shows and movies such as the Marvel franchise movies, S.W.A.T, Shrinking, Supacell, Mayor of Kingstown, Walking Dead franchise, and many more.
What is your role at HRchitect, and how has it evolved since you joined the company? I began my journey with HRchitect in September of 2022 as a WorkForce Software Technical Consultant. In September 2024, I received a promotion to Senior Technical Consultant. In my current role, I have embraced additional responsibilities, such as mentoring fellow consultants, acting as an application consultant on numerous projects, and serving as an implementation consultant on various assignments.
What do you enjoy the most about working at HRchitect? At HRchitect, I appreciate the support I receive, which is a professional and personal development benefit. For example, if I need another set of eyes on some code I’m working on, I can contact my teammates and receive input, and if I need to take care of personal events, I can use our generous PTO benefit to do so.
What’s one project or achievement you’re particularly proud of? I consider myself a great asset as a co-pilot on practically anything and prefer not to be in the spotlight, but I was allowed to lead a project by myself. I prepared as much as possible and learned a lot while navigating the process. The go-live went smoothly, so I was particularly proud of that project and achievement.
What has been your favorite place to visit on vacation? I enjoyed visiting New Orleans. It was a cool place to visit because of its rich culture and great food.
During her trip to New Orleans, Chelsa immersed herself in the vibrant culture and indulged in the city’s incredible cuisine.

As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? Slack is a great tool we use at HRchitect. It has helped to make my work life easier. It allows us to communicate with teammates and others within the organization. It also provides a nice “brain break” by checking out our different Slack channels: pet photos, PTO photos, daily trivia, water cooler topics, and more.
Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? Why? One of the perks I appreciate most is the ability to work 100% remotely from home. This setup allows me to concentrate on work tasks without office distractions. Another favorite perk is the generous PTO offered at HRchitect, which provides an outstanding work-life balance and helps me focus on my overall well-being.
Chelsa and our outstanding WorkForce Software team frequently receive recognition from our clients on Raven Intelligence for their exceptional project performance.
