How did you learn about HRchitect, and what made you join the company?  I first heard about HRchitect on LinkedIn. A former colleague often posted about HRchitect being a great workplace and how much she loved working for the company. I then became curious and visited the website. Though I did not see an opening for my specialty, change management, I decided to submit my resume. Shortly after, I was contacted for an interview, and the rest is history.

I was also pleased to receive recognition from HRchitect on a positive review from another client in the project’s early stages.

What’s been one of your favorite vacation destinations to travel to? I recently traveled to Grenada, an island country of the West Indies in the eastern Caribbean Sea. I loved it and enjoyed the fabulous Spice Island Resort.

Tell us about a client site visit/ HRchitect event or conference you have attended. I am approaching my first work anniversary with HRchitect on September 18th, and I look forward to meeting my leader and teammates in person for the first time as we take on the HR Tech Conference in a few weeks in Las Vegas.

As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? The technology I use most are Teams, Zoom, and Slack. We also use collaboration tools such as Box and Smartsheet for file sharing, which makes the virtual work life easier and more effective.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day? I absolutely love Change Management, and I have a phenomenal leader and a deep appreciation for HRchitect’s culture and the people I work with daily!

Which employee perk that HRchitect offers do you enjoy the most? Why? Summer Fridays, for sure! It gives you a jumpstart on the weekend, and by Monday, I feel like I’ve had a weekend! Summer Fridays is a refreshing period of time that helps you recover from a busy start of the year and gets you ready for a strong closeout of the year. I have never experienced this perk anywhere else I have worked, which speaks volumes about employee value and the work-life balance.
