Educational Sessions to be presented as a part of HRchitect’s HCM Technology Leadership Series
Frisco, Texas (April 1, 2016) – HRchitect, a leading provider of HCM systems strategic consulting services, announced today that company experts will present educational sessions at several conferences across the United States this month.
An overview of upcoming conference educational sessions, including Oracle HCM World, PeopleTech Expo, and LEHRN HR Tech Expo, follows:
Oracle HCM World – “Mary Kay and Global Recruiting: A Case Study”
Mary Kay is one of the largest direct-selling companies in the world. In order to continue to recruit and develop its large base of representatives, Mary Kay implemented Oracle HCM Cloud. Mary Kay initially went live with the Oracle solution in the US, and after that was successful, Mary Kay and HRchitect partnered to implement recruiting and onboarding solutions in China and Brazil, in a phased global approach. Join Tom LaMarre, Vice President of Taleo Implementation Services at HRchitect, Danelle Rowley, Director of Global HR Technology & Data Management at Mary Kay, and Gayathri Reddy, HR Technology Consultant at Mary Kay as they explore the decision drivers that resulted in using Oracle HCM Cloud as a global recruiting system. The presentation will also examine strategies and lessons learned from using existing configurations and processes to roll out to different global regions and meet local recruiting and onboarding requirements including activation of additional languages.
This presentation will be held on Wednesday April 6th at 12:00PM as an educational session under the “Finding People” conference track at the annual Oracle HCM World conference in Chicago, Illinois. PeopleTech Expo – “HCM Still On-Premise? How to Build Your Business Case for Cloud HCM”
If your HCM is on premise you probably recognize the advantages of moving HCM to the cloud- but does your management team? Join Jacqueline Kuhn, EVP of HCM Strategic Consulting Services at HRchitect, as she focuses on the advantages of upgrading current HCM technology to the cloud and how to build your business case for this transition. LEHRN HR Tech Expo – “HR Technology Evaluation & Selection –Tools & Tips for Small/Medium Businesses”
