HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with UKG experience to join our growing team. As an HRchitect Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients with the implementation of UKG software. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. This position is full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and analysis
  • Project Management
  • Document configuration requirements
  • Configure UKG Software per specifications
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions
  • Solid understanding of UKG Ready modules
  • Contribute to HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
  • Interface with client to build solid relationship
  • Actively pursue opportunities within the team to widen your experience
  • Demonstrate consistent record of accuracy in configuration
  • Demonstrate consistency in responsiveness to teammates and clients

Requirements:

  • Previous UKG Ready experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work remotely from home office in North America
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
