HRchitect announces Matt Lafata’s promotion to Chief Executive Officer

Frisco, TX – December 1, 2014 – HRchitect, a leading provider of HCM systems strategic consulting services, has announced today the promotion of Matt Lafata to Chief Executive Officer. The promotion of Lafata comes as a result of the firm’s founder, Rick Fletcher, announcing his retirement as CEO, though Fletcher will remain on HRchitect’s Board of Directors.

Lafata is celebrating his 10 year service anniversary with HRchitect and has most recently served as president.
