FRISCO, TEXAS – July 8, 2021 – HRchitect, the leading provider of HCM technology consulting services, announced the promotion of Erica Niesse to Vice President of Implementation Services for the company’s consulting operations globally.
In this role, Erica will be reporting to Brian Kimball, Executive Vice President of Implementation Services. She will have oversight of numerous implementation practices which will include an expanded role from a consulting sales perspective as well as strategic alliances. Niesse brings to the table a strong track record of effective organizational leadership and project success and will continue to help HRchitect pursue its high growth trajectory.

Niesse has held consulting roles in the HCM technology industry since 2007 and joined the HRchitect team in 2013. Most recently, Erica served as the Director of Workforce Management Consulting Services at HRchitect, where she led the teams responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of several industry-leading workforce management systems.
